What Our Post-Construction Clean-Up Includes
Post-Construction Window Cleaning
Construction leaves glass covered in dust, overspray, and splatter. We clean exterior windows and storefront glass so the building shows the way it should at turnover. Exterior glass is cleaned with a water-fed pole and purified water, which dries spot-free.
Stucco Splatter Removal
Stucco and mortar splatter on windows, frames, walls, and flatwork is one of the most common punch-list items we see. We remove it as part of the clean-up so it doesn’t hold up your final walk.
Building Washing (Soft Wash)
Dust, dirt, and grime from months of site work settle on the whole exterior. We soft wash the building, using low pressure and a cleaning mix adjusted to the surface, so the finish comes clean without being blasted.

How do you price post-construction clean-up?

Do you do interior post-construction cleaning?
No. Our work is the exterior: the building, glass, concrete, and garage. For interior final cleans, you’ll want a janitorial company.
Do you work with home builders too?
Yes. Along with commercial projects, we can clean up new homes for builders before closing, including house washing, windows, driveways, and walkways.
